Moet & Chandon
Champagne Imperial 75cl
Founded in Epernay by Claude Moet in 1743, it was his grandson Jean-Remy’s pioneering vision to share the magic of his champagne with the world that transformed Moet & Chandon into the world’s most celebrated champagne brand.
The Moet & Chandon style is distinctive: a bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and an elegant maturity that are the result of the slow, gradual progression from vine to cellar.
Serve chilled (8 to 10°C)
Lively and generous, Moet & Chandon Imperial distinguishes itself by a bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and an elegant maturity.
Its aromas are radiant, revealing bright white-fleshed fruits (apple, pear, white peach), citrus fruits, floral lime blossom and elegant blond notes (brioche and fresh nuts). The palate is richly flavourful and smooth combining generosity and elegance, followed by a delicately fresh crispiness to reveal the magical balance of champagne.
It is perfect with sushi and dumplings, shellfish and fish in light sauces, poached, roasted, or lightly sauced white meats, and fresh fruit salads that are not too sweet.
A classic champagne that is good value. Nice on its own but great with strawberries or caviar.
