The original Barolo – Luigi Oddero
Luigi Oddero – Barolo is born
This Barolo is produced from an assortment of grapes from the best of Luigi Oddero’s vineyards in La Morra, Serralunga d’Alba, Castiglione Falletto and Manforte. It is a classic example that has been drunk by the forefathers of Oddero and is true to its origins.

The wine is matured in French or Slavonic oak barrels for 24 months and for a further 12 months before being placed on the market. The high quality nature of this Barolo allows for long ageing, with longevity depending on the quality of the vintage itself.

The vineyards of Luigi Oddero are located in different areas and have exceptional positions, giving fruit to some of the most important cru of Barolo as Vigna Rionda at Serralunga and Rocche Rivera at Castiglione Falletto.
